BanzAll SMC (Synthetic Metal Coolant) and Grind Fluid is a water soluble synthetic cutting and grinding fluid intended for working with most ferrous and non ferrous metals.
BanzAll – SMC ND (Synthetic Metal Coolant) is a water soluble synthetic cutting and grinding fluid intended for working with most ferrous and non ferrous metals.
BanzAll contains lubricity additives to provide superior surface finishes and extended tool life. BanzAll is an excellent general purpose fluid and coolant for drill press, band saw, lathe and milling applications. BanzAll has a very low foam threshold for foam generating applications such as Blanchard grinding, center-less grinding and cutting with high pressure spray. Special chemistry provides superior in-process corrosion protection to safeguard parts and tools with excellent swarf and chip settling characteristics to promote easy filtration and a clean running operation.
BanzAll – SMC ND contains no dye and is chlorine free for easier disposal.
