WiLD Wire Rope and Cable Lubricant (12/pk)

WiLD is a high quality lubricant for use on Wire Rope, Rope Drums, Sheaves, Cable, Chains, Leaf Springs and many other uses where a cost effective saturating oil is required.  Convenient aerosol spray with pin point dispersion makes applications quick and easy, especially  for those hard to reach areas.

Perfect for construction or mining applications where the demanding conditions of extreme use, abuse, weather conditions and high operational loads require a product to help protect wire rope strands from premature failure.  As the rope bends, flexes or stretches, the internal strands rub together creating high load friction and stress fatigue. Unlubricated wire rope will have a diminished life, resulting in down-time, frequent change-outs and expensive replacement. WiLD contains lubricity modifiers that quickly creeps and penetrates into the core to offset the damaging effects of friction, while displacing moisture for maximum rust and corrosion protection.   

The non-drying, non-tacky and solids free formula produces a tenacious coating that remains flexible in extreme weather conditions or hostile environments and will not flake or peel within the wide service rating specification.
